Doris Day RIP....but for the rest of us we should not just stand idly by and not shape our future. With the UK looking a divided country currently - grappling with the Brexit question and an uncertain future, rising US/Iran tensions, escalating US/China trade war - now more than ever UK companies need the best performing teams and the highest productivity possible. Happy teams are the most productive and will maximise discretionary effort - which in turn will help the profitability of the organisation. All leaders/managers/supervisors in UK companies large or small - must have formal training on best practice management and leadership skills. It is profitable companies with high performing, happy teams that will shape our future.
