Stop Negativity Bias !! Hardwire Happiness Every Day !!!

As a result - unpleasant events are more easily stored in our long-term memory than pleasant events. This is negativity bias. Our survival depends on being able to screen out potential attacks. The outcome of this is that the human mind is like velcro for negative experiences and teflon for positive ones.
