"I contacted Steve with a social anxiety issue I was experiencing and he suggested we use EMDR to help resolve it for me. After a couple of sessions to gather more information and set me up with certain techniques needed for the process, Steve guided me through a session where we cleared the emotion from the issue. "My 8yr old son was hospitalised for just over a week at the beginning of his school term. That time was horrible & traumatic for him but also for myself; I had felt traumatised since & one particular incident was still causing me extreme anxiety.
